Parade Group Applications

Everyone participating in the parade must pre-register. This can either be through a Parade Group if you are with a group, organisation, or business, or you can register as an Independent Participant to march with friends, family, or as an individual.

All VIPs and Sponsors must also have a parade wristband to join the parade; please contact your account liaison. Sponsors bringing a large group (10+) are expected to register a Parade Group as part of their sponsorship package — this will ensure an appropriate place is reserved for you in the parade.

Submit an Application

We require all organisations to complete an application form (including pre-approved organisations) so we have all the details necessary to organise your attendance. Thank you so much for your help with this. If you have any questions while we review your application, please contact us.

Applications open one day after the most recent event, until the deadline of 2nd April. Due to high demand, we are unlikely to be unable to accept applications after this deadline; after the deadline, please apply ASAP to join the waiting list and you must contact us so we are aware of your late application. Apply early to avoid disappointment. Applications are typically reviewed within one month after the application deadline, prioritising those that have applied first.

Once your application has been approved, you can then review our parade participant info.

Notify us about Wristbands Received

Please help us ensure a smooth planning process by notifying us immediately when you have received your wristbands. Wristbands will only be posted to approved groups.
